I give Jeff and Sharyn Stone permission to authorize 50% of
my total reservation cost and the full balance before arrival,
plus 11.42% tax on my credit card. I understand that my credit
card is to be used only to HOLD my reservation (not for actual
payment of account). My card will only be charged out in case
of “no show”, cancellation or early checkout - in which
case the card WILL be charged and will appear on my billing statement
under "Huelo Point Lookout". I understand the 50% is
non refundable at the time of booking and the full 100% is non
refundable 60 days prior to arrival. If your space can be rebooked
in full only a 10% rebooking fee of the total reservation applies.
If not a percent refund on what is rebooked will be made.
Full actual payment for my stay is payable on arrival by cash,
or if I wish, I may pay by Personal Check, or Money Order drawn
ONLY on US banks, 60 days prior to my check-in date. If emergency
credit card use is requested it carries a 5% service charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
As stated above, bookings are 50% non refundable at the time
of booking and are 100% non refundable 60 days before your arrival
date - unless, of course, we can re-book your space which case
it will only be a 10% re-booking fee.
SECURITY/ EXCESS CLEANING DEPOSITS
I agree to open a credit card that can be used for damage/security,
cleaning or telephone. I understand that this will be open for
30 days until the telephone bills arrive. Any charges made will
be sent with a receipt and explanation. (If you do not wish to
use a credit card for your deposit payment then you may send
a check or money order 60 days prior to arrival).
